The documentary Filthy Rich, about acclaimed child trafficer Jeffery Epstein, made West Palm Beach seem like a cesspool of the world. Across a small body of water from a population with their noses pointed straight up to the sky, West Palm has been overshadowed by it’s bougie neighbor to the east.
